SDCCU Holiday Bowl COVID-19 Policies

  • All individuals must follow CDPH guidance for face coverings. Consistent with this guidance, it is recommended that all attendees wear a face mask in indoor public settings such as indoor events, restrooms, restaurants, and retail shops.
  • Masks are recommended for vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals in indoor public settings and businesses.
  • Verification of fully vaccinated status or pre-entry negative test will not be conducted.
  • Attendees will be encouraged to get vaccinated when eligible.
  • Attendees will be encouraged to sign up for CA Notify as an added layer of protection for themselves.
  • All individuals are encouraged to practice physical distancing when moving about the facility.
  • The SDCCU Holiday Bowl will convey the risk of attending a large, crowded event, where the vaccine status of others in attendance is unknown.
  • Messaging related to COVID-19 policies for the SDCCU Holiday Bowl will be prominently conveyed to attendees, participants, volunteers and staff via a fan guide posted on HolidayBowl.com and placed in The San Diego Union-Tribune on Dec. 26th. Messaging will also be relayed via email to ticketed patrons, on SDCCU Holiday Bowl social media platforms, on signage at the venue, and via public address announcements during the event.
  • Digital enhancements at Petco Park have been made to minimize touchpoints. All tickets are now digital and the ballpark is a cashless venue to limit physical transactions.
  • The “Petco Park Clean Team” will continuously disinfect high touchpoint areas throughout the ballpark with disinfectants. Touchless soap and towel dispensers along with more than 250 hand sanitizing stations are inside the ballpark.
  • Sanitizer stations are readily available for both guests and staff to use frequently.
