It’s America’s Largest Balloon Parade! The streets of downtown San Diego come alive with the Port of San Diego Holiday Bowl Parade presented by Kaiser Permanente! This exciting family event brings world-class marching bands, magnificent floats, entertaining drill teams, and a procession of enormous balloons. Street side viewing of the parade is free!
Snapdragon Bowl Bash
The Snapdragon Bowl Bash is a time for fans and locals to gather in the Gaslamp Quarter of downtown San Diego for FREE family fun, great food, live music and more. The Snapdragon Bowl Bash features a live performance by BOTH university bands and featured specials offered by select restaurants and stores in the Gaslamp Quarter!

Fans will kick-off their evening of football and fun at the Technology Integration Group Tailgate Party taking place at Venue 808.
Run before the game!
The 27th annual Holiday Bowl National Funding 5K Run/Walk will take place along San Diego’s beautiful harbor front. Athletes will run past 100,000 cheering spectators and can watch the remainder of the Port of San Diego Holiday Bowl Parade presented by Kaiser Permanente.

HOLIDAY BOWL TO FEATURE KGB SKY SHOW AGAIN IN 2023
Sports San Diego and iHeart Media officials announced a renewed partnership that means the KGB Sky Show will again light up the San Diego skyline over Petco Park with its spectacular and legendary fireworks display immediately after the 2023 Holiday Bowl.
