How do I access my tickets?

Are tickets available for purchase on game day?
If there are tickets available on game day, they will be sold at all Snapdragon Stadium ticket windows.

How can I get seats on my team’s side?
Purchase the tickets directly through the university or request them when purchasing at any Snapdraong Stadium ticket window.

When do renewals take place?
Renewals are mailed out to charter members in the spring.

What if I have lost my ticket? Can I get a replacement?
The Holiday Bowl will write a replacement seat slip, provided that the school has documentation verifying the identity of the person to whom the seat was sold. In the case of stolen tickets, a police report must be provided with the location of the theft stated. Lost tickets will not be replaced with another “hard” ticket.

How do I exchange my seat for a handicap accessible one?

Can I use cash at the concession stands at Snapdragon Stadium?
No, Snapdragon Stadium is a no-cash venue.

Are bags allowed inside of Snapdragon Stadium?

Snapdragon Stadium is a clear bag-only venue. Guests are encouraged to limit the number of items they bring with them to the Stadium. Only (1) one of the following style and size bag, package, or container per person:

• Bags that are clear plastic or clear vinyl and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag.
• Purses, bags, or clutches no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”.
