How Do I Get My Game Times?

It's time for the weekend warriors and hoopsters to lace up those high-tops and come out to enjoy two days of basketball on the courts of Mission Bay! For two days in May, Crown Point will be taken over by ballers of all ages and skill-levels, taking part in 3-on-3 action, the San Diego Chargers 3-Point Shootout, Free Throw Challenge, and HORSE contests. And don't forget the San Diego County Kia Retailers Slam Duk Contest on Saturday! Sunday is Family Day! Don't miss your chance to compete against the best basketball talent around!

Just looking to come out and have some fun, but don't have much experience or worried about the competition being too tough? Check out our new "Recreation" division, where you can come play against other teams who just want to get outdoors, shoot some hoops, and enjoy the experience!

"Hoops at the Beach" to Host San Diego County Championships!

In addition to all of the 3-on-3 tournament action, the Elite Division will play host to the "San Diego County Championships"! This league is for the best of the best talent in San Diego. The winner of this elite division will take home bragging rights as San Diego's top 3-on-3 team! Any team is welcome to enter this division, but consider yourself warned....this will be the highest quality of play in the County!

Final Entry Deadline - Friday, May 17, 2013 @ 4:00pm

MILITARY ENTRIES

Wells Fargo to Underwrite 30 Military Entries
Wells Fargo will be underwriting entry fees for the first 30 active-duty military teams to sign up for the tournament. Interested military personnel are encouraged to call the Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl office at 619/283-5808. Entries will be provided on a first come, first-served basis.

SAN DIEGO COUNTY KIA RETAILERS SLAM DUNK CONTEST

Make your way to Center Court on Saturday at noon for the San Diego County Kia Retailers Slam Dunk Contest. All players are welcome to participate in this open-signups Slam Dunk Contest. Come out and watch the high-flyers break out their most creative dunks as they compete for the San Diego County Kia Retailers Slam Dunk title.

Come out and try your hand at our three contests during the Jack in the Box “Hoops at the Beach” tournament weekend! The San Diego Chargers 3-Point Shootout, Free Throw Contest, and HORSE competitions will run all weekend, and are open to tournament players and spectators of all ages! There are lots of great prizes to be won by all participants, and the winner receives a trophy and other prizes!

Wristbands
Juniors (ages 13 and under) - $20/weekend wristband
Adults (ages 14+) - $30/weekend wristband

*Contests are rain or shine events. No refunds will be issued for wristband purchases.

Youth 3rd-12th Grade Division Signups - Waivers
If you are signing up a youth team between 3rd-12th grades, a waiver will need to be signed for each individual under 18 years of age by their parent or guardian.

If you do not have this waiver filled out in advance, a parent or guardian will need to be present at the team's first game to sign the team waiver.

HOW DO I GET MY GAME TIMES?

Teams can go online to get their court assignments and game times the day before the event. At 7:00pm on the Friday before the tournament, we will upload the brackets and game times on this site and you can find your division's bracket and see your game times and court number. Teams will play their first game between 8:00-9:30am. If you are unable to check your game time on Friday, or have problems with the online check-in system, be sure to arrive no later than 7:45am to Crown Point Shores on Saturday morning for the first game. If you are not on time for your games, you will forfeit!

When you arrive on Saturday, you may stop by the registration tent at any time to pick up your team's event t-shirts. Do not come down to Crown Point Shores on Friday!

Note: Requested t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed. We order the shirts well in advance of the tournament, thus our size counts may vary. Team t-shirt orders will be stuffed in the order the entry forms were submitted.
